How do I get involved?
There are many ways to get involved. You can learn more about our maritime past by taking part in walks and trips, or you may want to be more involved by attending workshops which will give you the skills to collect oral histories yourself, or photograph contemporary maritime scenes, or help with research (see workshops and events page).
You may remember that you have some old photos or memorabilia of any maritime related objects or areas that you would like to share with us. We could scan in your photos or photograph you memorabilia to add to the collection for the final exhibition.
You may be willing to tell us about something from the past which relates to a maritime area. We can record your account and add it to an oral archive.
Please become involved in whatever large or small way you fancy.
